I am wondering what other additives people know about, or especially have tried.
There are the standards of sand, gravel, etc.
Some add
straw for adobe/clay mixes, and even 2% "Fuel oil" to try to make Adobe waterproof.
Then there are things like Latex Bonding Adhesives & Acrylic Fortifiers, and Elmers' Glue.
There are fiber reinforcing additives like Kevlar.
Some people
reuse old Latex paint.
I'm looking for other additives to either cut expenses while making more with less,
as well as additives to strengthen or reinforce the resulting structure.
I have even wondered about using collected/saved
dryer lint as a fibrous additive, being as most dryer lint is from various synthetic fabrics.
