I've recently been doing more research on herbs and plants and their medicinal properties. I don't have much to start with but I've been experimenting with foods first, developing a sense palate that instinctively forms fitting flavor and aroma profiles. I've discovered a deep facination in and wish to learn more about herbs on a medicinal level. If anyone has a curriculum or books or sites that can be referenced I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions.

Our Book Review Forum has quite a few books on herbs.  Here is the search that I did:

https://permies.com/forums/search/search/83?match_type=all&sort_by=time&forum=83&search_keywords=herbs&groupByTopic=true

Growing herbs is not much different from growing any plant so any gardening book would give basic information.

For learning about the herbs themselves so you can decide which ones you want to grow and how to use them, I recommend this one as Sharon is a member of our forum:

I really enjoy growing them and have loved learning out them.
