Glitch on 2 Free Dailyish Resources

I tried to get help on this on Nov 2 but am just today getting a reply from the Permies Helper who suggested I post my issue on this message board.

I was trying to open two of the bonus "freebies" that I had downloaded from the daily moosages and find that they will not open.  They bring up an error message.  They appear in my files as 2 separate documents - one being an adobe file and the other a PART file.  I looked up on how to open a PART file and found that the properties of it are given as adobe reader so that it should open that way, but it does not.  I get an error message:
"It appears that there is some damage or corruption in the pdf file that was put on your site for downloading. "
These 2 files - one is for the Solar Station and the other is for Living Woods magazine aug/sept issue.  

What can be done to repair and be able to open these files? Or perhaps, could Permies send me a replacement for these files? Thank you.

Click "View" next to the item you want to download. It should take you to the item on digital market from where you can download the files again.

I also cant seem to download freebies, I just get
computer gobbledegook.  Mobile device, please help!
