Finished Wood fired outdoor Bread Oven!

We just built the first fire in our outdoor wood fired bread / pizza Oven! It is named Hestia for the Greek Goddess of the Hearth.

We cooked in outdoor ovens for years but they were only dry stacked ovens and thus used a lot of wood and were very smokey.
Now, we hope the insulation and outside "skin" will help hold the heat.
