Hi Everyone,

This is a callout regarding a 7,500 Hectare area of land in Brazil. Green Earth Vision’s mission is to support humanitarian projects like this one which are dedicated to building new economies and societies to help those who envision a bright future.  We have worked with Campo Alegre for 10 years supporting this great vision. The time has come to open up to selling this beautiful land. We were willing, and still are, to take a loan against the land.. The full 7,500 hectares or 18,500 acres is appraised at USD$55Million. All paperwork is available.

Nivedano (30 year steward of the land) felt called to use his personal funds to acquire and steward this rare land for the good of humanity and the planet. He sees clearly the potential for the emergence of a new kind of human society that could be birthed there. He wanted to create a safe haven for those seeking to profoundly enrich and deepen their inner lives.

The original plans for this land involved the building of a consciously planned futuristic sustainable city. We would like to sell this pristine virgin rainforest to a conscious investor who cares for the earth and sees the highest potential of this land.  The land is in reserve status for protection and has some development approval for a small ecovillage/learning center .

The location of Alto Paraiso is an ideal location for this type of project and similar visions due to it’s unique setting and great outdoor living climate. This specific land is the 2nd largest biodiverse natural reserve [RPPN] in Brazil and one of the few opportunities like this left in the world.

On the land and nearby you will find a plethora of natural landmarks to explore. This land is located 8 km from Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park; A five star National Park and one of the top ranking in the world. This natural habitat is the home to many endangered species, 164 springs, 6 rivers, and 3 sacred mountains including one full of ancient crystals. Nivedano calls this “An immense cosmic antenna”.  This valuable property also contains one of the headwaters of the Amazon river and is one of the most plentiful bountiful areas on Earth.  Some of the rare fauna found here include: 25 species of orchids, the pampas deer, marsh deer, maned wolves, jaguar, and others like the rhea, seriema, tapeti, giant armadillo, anteater, capybara, tapir, green-beaked toucan, black vulture, and the king vulture. The sustainability potential for this stunning land is immense. This is why we hope it stays in stewardship with the right people.

If you are interested to purchase or help promote this project, please contact me.  Thanks, Forest
