I'm off work for the summer, so looking for out of the way spot for July-August (maybe longer) to disconnect from technology.  Just looking to live in my wall tent for a few weeks, reading, painting, and foraging.  Ideally, the location is away from highway noise, standing water (mosquito farms), and out of sight of neighbors.  I'm interested in the Upper Skagit area long-term for land purchase for rustic cabin/ permie lifestyle with my husband in an arts-friendly area.  Budget is very small for this summer but could consider longer-term partnership/ rental option as that adjusts.

I have a lot of outdoor skills and ethnobotanical knowledge from a lifetime of living in rural Minnesota and Alaska, so willing to help out on projects if that can bring a rental price down.  Thanks for considering.
