We had a good soaking rain last night and what did I find in my garden? A nice fat beautiful morel mushroom. I am so thrilled. We must be doing something right!

Rain you say? What's that? It's 103 right now with little chance of seeing rain for two more months....

I've never seen one in person, only photos.

It's about 4 inches across


There are apple trees nearby but it's not right underneath. It's in the same garden where radishes are growing and peas are twining up!

I just picked about 4 lbs on our land. I would love to have some growing in the garden like that, you truly are blessed and definitely doing something right in there. Awsome!
