Greetings!

My name is Tamara and I am brand new to the permaculture scene. I am just finishing up my very first PDC (eek, my project presentation is next week!) that I've been dreaming of taking for a few years now. Ive always been in love with being in nature and working with solutions in nature (I even went to an environmental tech prep high school), but I strayed thanks to parental pressure and now Im looking to find my right livelihood within the permaculture space.

I am 35, live in Austin, TX with my lovely husband but we are potentially moving to Phoenix, AZ when our lease is up next fall to be closer to his family. I'm joining this forum to learn, share, and connect with others.

Good to e-meet you all!

Howdy Tamara, welcome to permies!

Lots of good info and great folks here. So dig in and have fun.

There seems to be a good group of permie type folks in Phoenix so if you get over there you might want to check that out.
