Another fungus amongus - identify?

Most of the trunk has more of that other shroom (probably mossy maze polypore). These are toward the base of the tree. The tree is not a snag, but much of the bark is peeled and molding. I just noticed also a third fungus up the trunk on the underbark near a point of peel.

Anyway battery is low so here's pics.

Its probably a Auricularia species, maybe Auricularia auricula-judae?

The first two are the same fungi which is as Morgan Hay supposed Auricularia judae or the jew's ear.  The third I have seen before on my land but I will have to look that one up.

Does auricularia have any toxic look-alikes, or is it safe to go ahead and try it?
