hello everybody,
our little community has embarked in a eco lodge and
permaculture farm
project on a wonderful piece of
land in northern costa rica. after three years of construction and three years in business the lodge is now running smoothly but requires too much time for our modest team of 4 to realize our
permaculture dreams. we are actively looking to develop a partnership with entrepreneurial individuals by lending them 5 hectares of land which has been free of pesticides and fertilizers of any kind for at least 12 years and has been partially reforested. a sugar cane field, numerous fruit
trees and a small farm building are already on site. a little investment would be needed to restore the electrical infrastructure and road access. our lodge and our three families would constitute a primary market for you to begin with, before reaching out to the nearby cities and expatriates areas.
