My husband and I are looking for a property for permaculture / off-grid living in Spain and we're hoping that someone has some tipps for us or perhaps even a property they're selling themselves
We are looking for a property with at least 1-2 hectars of land, a reliable water source if possible and for under 20,000 Euro. If it's cheaper than that, then that's even better.
We really appreciate any help.
