Biography
We are a first-generation family farm that has been providing our community with fresh produce. We provide a doorstep delivery service in the Spokane, WA area. I was in the construction industry until I started the farm in 2018. I enjoy building with materials that would end up in a landfill if not put to use. Becoming sustainable is our biggest goal.

Hey William and Fam
We are a family of four with a 10 and 12 year old that are also home schooled. We purchased 30 acres in the palouse hills in eastern washington where we operate a vegtable farm offering a csa doorstep delivery service in 5 counties in eastern washington. You can learn more about it at couragetogrowfarms@gmail.com. We have plans of building a school to teach people how to learn and live more harmonious with nature. We also want to build short term stays using all the different natural building techniques such as cob, hay bales, hemp, and so many more so people can experience what this life offers. We are looking for other familys that want to build this together. If you would like to chat more my email is phillipmoore509@gmail.com

We are a regenerative farm on 30 acres in the middle of the beautiful Palouse region in Eastern Washington. There are over 60 lakes within 60 miles, we have a fully operational CSA farm on 2-acres, with pigs, chickens, ponies, dogs, and cats. Our growing style allows us to grow food year-round and we are looking to expand by selling shares of our land. If you are interested in joining our community we would love to talk.

A bit about us, we are hard workers, we are 420 friendly, and we don't drink much, but it doesn't bother us either, we homeschool and believe in self-directed education with some structure, but not much. We are not religious but have a knowing that there is something beyond our understanding that created us.

We have children that are 10 and 12 and would love for a family or two with the same (ish) age children. Our daughter loves her ponies and is enthusiastic about rodeos and the art of Karate inspires our son who loves to study history and has an affinity for guns and survival skills. We do not condone children identifying with anything other than the sex they were born as and would love to find people with similar values.

Eventually, we want to build an earth home here and we are in the process of creating a silvopasture on the property. The goal is to be completely sustainable on one single property. If you look up Richard Perkins, he has a property nearly exactly like what we are creating. We would love to create a space for retreats surrounded by celebrating Mother Earth.

We are looking for 3 families, or individuals to buy in, every family/person would have the opportunity to learn from us and how we farm regeneratively and participate in the farm operations, or ideally create an enterprise of their own that our current customer base can utilize, we distribute to 5 counties in eastern Washington and Idaho.

This would all be done by a lawyer and potentially we could parcel off land, or create an LLC with a legal team that oversees this. Whichever makes more sense as we discuss the possibilities.

Please PM me for more details.

Here is the nursery greenhouse we just put up. It made from all repourpused materials and built by one person. It will house our plant starts so we can get a jump on the season. It's a 10ft by 16ft greenhouse.
Next step is building shelves.

We just bought 30 acres in the Palouse hills of eastern Washington State where we are turning old wheat land into a permaculture paradise. This is a big task and we need help with it. We currently own and operate a family farm where we offer a CSA delivery program in the surrounding communities. We plan to install swales, ponds, natural buildings, and
greenhouses.

We are so blessed to be stewards of this land and hope to find others that feel the same way about the land the steward. We take pride in what we do and how we do it and hope to attract others with the same drive.

What we have to offer is an off-grid place to park your RV, camper, tiny home, tent, or whatever else you have to stay in. You will have access to a composting toilet, Outdoor Shower (once we build it), water (limited), electricity (limited), and community.  This area has tons of lakes, hiking, and birdwatching. We are an hour away from Spokane and Pullman Washington.

What we are looking for is someone that is motivated to create value in their community. Someone with skillsets in construction, food production, mechanics, survival, and many others. The right fit will be someone that is laid back and easy to get along with but knows how to kick it into gear when needed. We hope to find people that want to eventually purchase and stay forever if it all works out. Hopefully, someone that is an entrepreneur that can bring more business to open up opportunities to the surrounding communities.

In exchange for the place to stay, we are looking for 10 hours of work a week on the land or farm whatever is needed that week. We will in the future be hiring so it could turn into a job in the near future which then would provide an income.

Here is a few pics of the land

My name is Phillip Moore I'm a first-generation family farmer practicing regenerative, no-till methods. We are Certified Naturally Grown and are passionate about using our expertise in many different ways. This journey started four years ago after reading Curtis Stones' book, Urban Farming on Borrowed or Leased Land. Before reading that book I never grew a vegetable but always wanted to get away from the 9-5 grind. Internally something had sparked, so much that I told my spouse I was ready to quit my job here and start this endeavor.  We started originally by growing microgreens in the kitchen of our small duplex.

The following year we carved out four different farms on borrowed land throughout Spokane, WA. During the first year, we learned this was the lifestyle we wanted to live forever and encourage others to do the same. The next year we bought a converted coach bus and were asked to travel and help others start their farms by families who followed us on media outlets.

In 2020 we were ready to take off in our bus when we were cautioned by other bus families to stay put because of the uproar public parks and national forests were having. That had put our travel plans on the back burner, so we leased some land in late March and started 120 50' beds and a CSA home delivery service which has been a success. We were able to service many homes on a very small piece of land.  Recently, we have found out that the owner is selling and we are going to have to move our farm this coming October.

We are unable to obtain financing conventionally due to how young our business is and the eb and flow of farm income, even though it is a substantial amount.  These so called, "setbacks" are what have continued to shape our business and ideas. We have adapted well to think outside of the box, which is what has kept our farm alive this long. We are looking for someone with land willing to work out an owner financing deal or even work in trade for land. I am going to try and use compost tea on a large scale this year on the farm. I hope some of you have some experience with this you can share. In the past, we have used compost but the cost has me looking for new ways to build life in new soil. I plan to brew tea and spray on my beds before the season starts and then spray once a month. I will be leaving some beds without doing this to get a side-by-side perspective. I love trying new things and learning along the way.
