We offer an artist residency at our homestead for one artist in the spring or fall of 2019. With this residency program we would like to motivate artists to go back to their roots, to find solitude for pursuing creativity closer to nature and find their artistic expression. I think it might be useful to share a little more information.

What region or physical features is this internship/residency around?

What kind of internship/residency is this? Is it paid? Room and board covered?

Could interns also do permaculture stuff on the land, too?

Thank you for the feedback! The artist residency is in a mountain village, close to a National Park in the Apuseni mountains. It is not a fully supported artist residency, but a semi-supported one, depending on the applications we accept 1 or 2 artists per year. So far artists did not get involved in our homesteading projects, but that could also be a possibility. There is more information and photos at our website, www.organicartranch.org.
