He had an accent and was being interviewed while giving a tour of his place. He produced a lot of veggies. High yield production. Might have been a market garden.

I beleive he had a relatively small place , 5 - 10 acres max. Maybe less.

And I remember he had flats in his greenhouses or hoop houses and he came across a tray or two that looked like they had some sort of fungal problem, and he ran his hand over the top and then went on to touch other flats that did not have a fungal problem.

Does anyone remember this? Can you help me find it?

I`d also say Charles Dowding, although I doubt he would say of himself he is "having an accent" ;-)

I love his videos, currently there is a series on propagation (in the greenhouse, on top of a make-shift hotbed) which you might enjoy.

Another guy "with an accent" is Welsh Huw Richards. Much younger but also producing lots of stuff in his small garden:
