Hi,

We have a very old and delapadayed wooden step ladder found on the property. All the hardware is there but the wood needs to be replaced.  Do they sell wooden ladder wood parts anywhere?

I like the uniqueness of it.

No, you will need to shape other bits of timber to suit.

Perhaps the better use would be as a decorative object that you can hang planters off of.

Thanks for replying!  Yes i think it will stay as a decorative piece. We do have 2 hanger pots that can go on it!

I'd be inclined to stick it in the garden and train squash vines up it.
