Hey there, I’ve used this site to find work in the past and just discovered this section.
Thought I would put myself out there and see what happens!
I’m 28, in southern Virginia, making my empire.
Building an offgrid mobile airstream, growing my herd of cattle, leasing and building multiple farms, doing deliveries for the Amish.
Also, writing and illustrating a book
Would be cool to find like minded folks of any type near me looking to link up.
Would be great if you happen to be a funny, feminine farm gal as well.

I'm only just starting to dive into understanding this type of life, but I'm a comic artist by day and a girl who dreams of spending WAY more time getting back to a world without quite so many meetings. I'm currently on the hunt for my own slice of permaculture life - as I've finally saved up enough to make a purchase! It's such an exciting time - and yet - so many of my friends and family think this idea is a bit wacky.  Would be fun to have a friend who gets it!  And as one artist to another - I know how nice it can be to find a friendly face in a crowd.
