stomach ache, 9 years old

My daughter who is 9 has a stomach-ache maybe 2-3 times a week. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the day-time. Sometimes at night.
It does not have anything to do with school or friends because it also happens in the summervacation.
Her digestion works just fine.
But her stomach can look a little "bloated" sometimes when it hurts.

She does not eat any wheat flower.

It has been lasting for quite some time now.

Do you have any idea what I could do to help her.

Have you tested her urine for infections? Any other testing already done?

She har been tested for parasites. They found one parasite which she was treated for.

She has also been tested for urine-infections.
And for astma.

My 10 year old son missed a lot of school this past school year because of debilitating stomach aches. We had him tested by my Naturopath and come to find out his steatocrit levels where extremely high- he was no processing fats correctly. He loved high fat meals, eating eggs, bacon, toast with more butter than bread- and b/c I'm a WAPF member I'm all about healthy fat! Now, he takes a digestive enzyme called "cholacol" made by standard process with all of his meals. It's made the stomach aches go away and if he forgets to take it he notices the difference.

Stomach aches are a tough one for sure.

Pasteurized dairy can cause bloating and tummy cramping so it might be worthwhile to cut this out.


A few drops of slippery elm tincture in a swallow or two of water helps tummy cramps go away fast.

We have tries to cut out all milk-products for a while alsp. Also because she was having a cold very often. That helped! But the stomach ache didn´t disappear. It did work on the cold though. Now she is eating butter, which looks to be working out fine.

Was this solved and her condition diagnosed and remedied?

I used to have stomach pains as a child and was rushed in hospital and also got them in my teens and since being older and they turned out to be stomach spasms ...I take spasm tablets 3 times daily now and have no trouble plus also diagnosed with Chronic IBS.

I really hope she improves :)
