Part 1: Design Visit

Just outside the Cuyahoga Valley national Park a few miles from Akron Ohio there's a lovely hemlock grove "glamping" spot where we've been asked to help three little "Fairy Tale Cottages" come to life using sculpted cob. Come with us as we explore the site looking for inspiration. Stay tuned for more!

Morning Build Thoughts:
Join us on a tour of our Office Of the Day at the Fairy Tale Cottqages outside the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We have a crew of volunteers joining us to build "stained glass" walls out of cob and bottles and wire goat fence.

Our mud office party continues at the Fairy Tale Cottages outside Akron Ohio. Our crew is making great progress on the cob and bottle stained glass, installing beautiful glass plates from the thrift store and bottles from the bar dumpster down the street and cool knickknacks from who knows where.

End of Day Wrap-up

We got our cob and bottle walls up on one of the Fairy Tale Cottages. It was a full and beautiful day with friends new and old. Some of our lovelies we haven't seen since we built the enormous Frog Oven at Crown Point Ecology Center in 2017 (https://www.facebook.com/unclemud/photos/a.773479059350707/1553770137988258)

There's lots more to do, but that will be fun for another day.
