Rocket stove with no recycled material: possible?

I live in a place where almost no material for recycling can be found,
and it just does not look possible to do a rocket stove without finding those marvelous garbage!

I can buy chimney's inox pipes for the smoke circuit to heat, but how will I do the chamber?

Has someone done rocket stove with only materials such as bricks, refracting bricks and cement, stones, lime?
(and I do not have clay here... sand yes!)
