I recently bought a drone, intending, among other things, to use it for some YouTube video production. I also realized quickly that it provides a tool for evaluating the condition of trees with visual inspection at 30, 50 or 100 feet up.
An overview of the site can give you another tool for evaluating the health of trees, what kind of openings you have in woods. On pasture, it can give you early warning on areas where something might be going wrong, from underground grubs killing an area to unwelcome plants  getting established. Overall health of the pasture, where it’s dry or to wet.

Inspecting roofs without having to get up there yourself.

Locating missing livestock?  What other uses have you found for these tools?

Our son-in-law just likes to play with his.

Kind of like folks who fly remote control planes.

I used one to create an ultra high resolution aerial map of my property by stitching together a bunch of straight down photographs.
