Hi everyone,

I am searching for someone who would be perfect buyer for my 90,000 m2 of inherited land, 50km from Zagreb, Croatia. I am currently living in England and have no plans to homestead so that's why I'm selling but it's really important to me to find someone who would love this unique opportunity because it has sentimental value.

It is located in a small village named Cremusnica that is now quite desolate, but very well connected to surrounding towns and cities. First big town is 15min away by car.

It used to be a vast estate that belonged to my grandparents who used it for various agricultural and farming purposes, with a house as the central part and some other units that were used as storage for agricultural machines and living space for animals and a local store that my grandfather ran however, due to age, the housing is definitely not the main selling point and would need some renovating however it's more than livable, connected to water and electricity/phone, etc.

Part of this land is forests with A LOT of quality wood including oaks and birch. Near the house, there's a well with an underground water source. Some of the land is next to a river. Some of it is hilly and used to be a big orchard, some is greenfields for livestock, and some is fertile ground, perfect for all sorts of agricultural purposes. It really was a beautiful estate and it could be brought to life by right people.

The living quarters part of the land is right next to the main road that leads to the capital.

Please let me know if you would be interested in finding out more. I'm selling it for under 300k.

Bumping up this post and uploading additional photos for anyone interested to see the exact location.

I'm also uploading a screenshot of the Google Maps location, highlighting the surrounding towns and cities in red, the nearby airport in pink, the famous spa town of Topusko in blue, and the neighboring nature parks in green.

You can find the uploaded images here.
