I compost some grounds, but they're fine sprinkled straight on the beds (I avoid getting them
on plants as you never get it off!
Coffee grounds have a basically neutral ph so if high nitrogen isn't an issue, they can go on pretty thick under mulch.

I get them from starbucks sometimes. But I've
heard they use gmo coffee...no real info out there that I've found.
My
local cafes are keen to give them away if I provide good buckets and regular removal.

I'm ok about using printed paper. Not exactly nutricious, but it balances out the other stuff. I think shiny paper and coffee grounds are my worms' favourite treat!
