The Essex Farm and their book about a whole diet farm share is discussed here: https://permies.com/t/9139/farm-income/Essex-Farm-Model-CSA.

Since I was just posting about glamping at Dog Mountain, I thought it made sense to mention their whole diet CSA as well: http://www.dogmtnfarm.com/csa.htm, where you can actually choose the different components that work for you - produce (with or without eggs or flowers), protein or carbs.

I think it's an excellent model.

Any other whole diet CSA examples?

The folks at Heyday Farm on Bainbridge Island have a number of options on their farm store, from just eggs to whole diet, to half of a pig. I like the idea of these integrated CSAs as they require a diversified operation to produce all of these goods.

Chengwatana Farm has a whole farm CSA; I believe it is becoming a common model. www.chengwatanafarm.com

Like Tony did above, you can create a signature that will appear at the bottom of every post you've ever made and will make that mentions your farm.

To make your website a hyperlink, use the URL button in the editing toolbar, or see this example from Paul.

Lots of folks get good traffic to their stuff from permies.
