Things that will survive storage longest first--Hand tools, shovels, rakes, etc. They will survive pretty much any conditions as long as you give them a coat of grease or paint. Hoophouse pipe bender and pipe (chain link top rail and conduit) for creating your tree nursery and garden.
If this is truly a container (not climate controlled), I would be hesitant to put anything plastic in there as it may get brittle before you need to use it. Otherwise, thing like tree starting tubes, seedling trays, watering hoses,
greenhouse plastic, shade cloth, etc.
A barrel, pile of fire bricks, chimney and vent pipe to make a
rocket stove (everything but the clay).
Temporary shelter--tent,
enough tin to make a shanty roof--whatever you want/need for the climate. You can't count on using the container until you empty it.
A really good wheelbarrow.
5 gallon buckets.
Books.
a couple big pots and pans to
feed a work party. and heat
water for baths/showers.
and probably anything you can scrounge for free, within the weight limits of you ability to move.
