I didn't know if it is allowed on Permies to let folks know that I have Kune piglets for sale. They are 15/16 pure. I don't paper my pigs. I raise them on pasture and supplement with a small amount of ground barley and wheat screenings, and add a small amount of pig pellets to make sure they get all the minerals not found in the soil. I soak split peas and feed them all the veggie scraps that I can round up. They are paddocked and moved pretty much every day. I don't give them any shots or castrate. I try to keep them as stress free as possible.
I am making a trip to Boise, Idaho from ND the first week in June and can deliver or meet you en route. I have six boars still available and another litter due at the latter part of June. I sell them for $300 and give a discount for multiples. I feel they are truly the best pasture pig to raise. I love their disposition and they are very easy to work with. Great for kids to raise. I have my niece farrowing out her first gilt hopefully July 4th. She is 16 and is learning so much.

I would love a pair but I'm a bit out of the way. Probably a good thing because I keep telling myself I'm going to wait to get some pigs. I'll give in eventually though...If you're ever going to be near Panama City, FL, send me a message!

Arch enemy? I mean, I don't like you, but I don't think you qualify as "arch enemy". Here, try this tiny ad:
