Hello everybody,
our names are Zoé and Joshua.
Zoé is pregnant and for that we decided to move back to Hungary to be close to her family. For that both of our Portuguese properties are for sale or rent. One of them is a little piece of paradise.

It is a beautiful little jewel with clear river water, natural pools, waterfalls, sun all year long and a stone ruin. The ruin was already many times used as a summer kitchen and can even be the ground floor of a little house.
The property is perfect  for a summer place or an offgrid home.
It is south-west facing with a lot of sun all year long.

It is bordering a mountain river with drinking water quality. From the property you have direct access to three natural pools with waterfalls. For us it is simply one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen on our journey all over Europe.

We already planted two olive trees, two almonds, a fig and a walnut. And it is still space for a yoga place next to the river, a belltent or other ideas. It has a forest part, where you can make your firewood.

It is located in a nature reserve in a beautiful valley full of oakforest and springs. Birds are singing all year long, and it is only 80 km from the ocean. The peaceful valley is hidden in the Serra Arada, one of the most beautiful mountains of Portugal, but still close to the city of Viseu (35 kms) and Porto (90 kms).
The next town with supermarket is around seven kms away.

The property has access from two sides of the valley, but not direct access with a car.
The size of the property is around 700 m2.

The price of the property is 25 000 Euros.

We are in the valley up to the middle/end of august. We speak english, german and hungarian. We can help with the legal process.
If you have any questions, feel free to write us

Have a beautiful day
Zoé and Joshua

Without subsidies, chem-ag food costs four times more than organic. Or this tiny ad:
