Anybody out there successfully burn rice coal in rocket stove?
wondering what are the keys to getting coal to burn in rocket stove?
right now I have a successful self fed wood pellet rocket stove, would like to burn the anthcrite rice coal???

70% wood 30% coal is possible. But otherwise, it doesn't work in my experience. May be a bigger ratio could be possible. But the coal doesn't make much flames, and the rocket relies somehow on flames for the draft.

thanks for the info, so if I mixed it with wood pellets it probably should work?
I am going to do some experimenting around and see if I can get it to burn
