I must say that I have just listened to podcast #244 and 245.  It seemed to me that it is all about what is the healthy for all involved. So, I would like to bring to the forefront a video that I have seen " on ,? can I say you tube,? the net,. A one Dr. David Perlmutter, he seems to think that we are eating incorrectly. And that there is a simple and different way to eat to be healthy and may even "cure " some current problems with a radically different procedure. At any rate I am tossing that over the fence to see if new information can help.

Howdy Steve, welcome to permies, I moved your post here to the food as medicine thread as it seemed to fit better.

Hey, Steve.  Welcome to Permies!  You may indeed say "YouTube" here and indeed you are encouraged to embed Youtube videos into your posts when they are relevant.  In fact when you are editing there is a "Youtube" button above your text box you can use to make that really easy.

I tried to figure out what video you might be talking about, but Permutter has an entire Youtube channel so I'm not sure I'm getting it right.  It looks like he's a neurologist who thinks eating grain is bad for our brains?  (I'm sure that's an oversimplification.)  But yes, feel free to embed the video you'd like to discuss!

I was her plaything! And so was this tiny ad:
