Sorry for late reply, just stumbled on your post! I hope you did some more research and you're chicken is better! My chick had the same symptoms, I searched the internet trying to find a explanation for my sleepy chicken and finally found the answer from this forum

It could also be worms, but sounds more like Coccidiosis. Good idea to worm them before they start laying anyways!
I took my chicken to a avain (bird) vet and he gave me some medicine to put in all the chooks water along with a worming solution and my sleepy chick (noddy) is now 10 months old, healthy and loving life!
Oh and the back yard chickens website is fantastic, have a look around, especially if your new to keeping chooks!
