I know people have tried adding a Rocket to a wood stove with some success. Now what about building a small stove box into the rocket .
So lets say a small stove like box maybe ( 12" x 10" ) with a door/window . The door could be vented and the top could also have a opening that could be opened or closed for the rocket effect .

So then you have a rocket stove that you can enjoy like a stove .

Has anyone thought of or tried making holders that would hold soap stone slabs( or fie bricks ) on the outside of the drum ? So the when the drum heats up the stones would store heat for maybe a longer heating time per load?
