looked it up, interesting. i suppose i need to get a book and some videos before i ask a bunch more questions. i have seen different types of rocket tubes, one is square (fire brick i suppose) and the others are round (insulated pipe) does the round shape cause a better flow than the square?
the videos were interesting but did not describe how much insulation/ brick from the floor. looked like they used one brick and one large paver. 4-6"?
very cool stuff, now i have to find the right spot for one. currently have a soap stove wood stove that is very nice, efficient, and already in place (no work involved) but i do like the idea of not splitting much wood anymore!
