I am very familiar with the area having lived outside of Banos de Auga Santa in 2001 for 9 months,
and again, leaving a year and a half ago.

I loved the area in 2001.

Now Ecuador is over run with people from the united states and totally ruined.

I happily moved back to Argentina where people are not dogmatic about how they live,
that others should live the same manner,
as too many from the u.s. are pushing on the Ecuadorian people.

Diversity of manner of living life is essential!!!

I happily left the u.s. 24 years ago and would NEVER EVER return!

I resonate with your dreams and ideas as my partner from British Columbia and I are in the midst of creating something similar for ourselves and others.

I have read all of his books, plus saw the movie, Instinct.
Overall he is spot on!

I grew up observing most of the same things .
So, reading his books, were refreshing to see that there i s another actual intelligent life form left on the planet
whose personally evolving to re-embracing to live with nature ,
as nature intended us all to live.
