Make an echinacea root decoction - PEA BB Medicine.sand.decoction.echinacea

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

Minimum requirements:
 - Make at least one pint of echinacea root decoction
 - Herb must be fully chopped/sliced to ensure proper exposure to the hot water
 - Simmer for 30+ minutes

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
 - The echinacea root, either harvested by you or purchased
       - The sample must intact enough to be identifiable
 - The decoction at the beginning of the simmering process
 - The finished decoction in its labeled jar (with date) or in cup ready for use
      - Shown in such a way that the color change is evident
