Kirsten and her family travel to some really interesting permie type places and she documents their adventures. I am really enjoying watching her films.

I give this YouTube Channel 10 out of 10 acorns!

I mostly watch this channel for videos of tiny houses and tiny living, and Kirsten Dirksen does an awesome job of presenting the stories of people living a tiny lifestyle!

That Catholic Priest mentioned RMH and got a million views in like 6 weeks!  NICE!!!

Ima bet the main reason he didn't' go with an RMH was for lack of space.   Quite a competent Christian homesteader dude....   I like how most of  his concepts of "homesteading" are secondary to going "monastic" without costing his bishop.

I'm pretty much going monastic, in a Shaolin/Taoist/Buddhist sense...ever heard the one where they say the almost deafening sound of water falling in a natural environment, over the course of hours, purifies the mind and centers/grounds a human.  Whatever da F that means.  Yup, gnosis ftw... wonder how many BBs the monastic catholic has pulled off haha

whoops, forgot the link

This original topic is a couple years old, and still trying to wrap my head around how the post above that revived it, applies???

But, the channel is awesome! I recently saw a vid they filmed about a guy that's been wandering and living out of a home made cart with a few sheep for I think over 10 years now? Nomad is not for me, but very inspiring to see the diversity of places and lifestyles out there portrayed in way that basically puts you right there.
