Joel Salatin is one of my heroes, he has done so much to help the movement.  I was able to chat with him and I shared it as an episode on my podcast that I recommend we had the opportunity to talk about many things among them being local food, why it is important to buy local and the difference between the food he sells and the convention food system, just packed with good stuff.  The episode of the podcast I did with Joel Salatin

Joel is often quoted as saying:

“If you think the price of organic food is expensive, have you priced cancer lately?”

Though where did he originally say that?

Does he say it in the Google talk above?
