Address a cockroach issue - PEA BB animal.sand.cockroach

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Animal Care.

In this Badge Bit you will resolve a cockroach issue using permaculture techniques.  



Minimum requirements:
  - Use permaculture principles
         - Generally permanent
         - Uses natural processes to our advantage
  - No poisons
  - Not something you need to do more than twice a year

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
  - Evidence of your cockroach problem before you start
         - Provide measurable data
  - Describe your tactic(s)
  - Show your implementation
  - Proof that your tactic(s) improved your cockroach problem by at least 80%
