I'm finally prepared to start my homestead on my 100 acre wooded land in Eastern NC. This is an absolute blank canvas that I would love to share with like minded people. Livestock, bees, organic gardening and whatever else we can try. I'm planning on having a few lots cleared for vans or RVs around the end of May however dates are still tentative. This will start as "roughing it" but potentially fun. I have a passion for up cycling lumber and vintage farm equipment, or even vehicles so Eastern NC is a fantastic place if this interest you too. Close to the beach so bring a surfboard for frequent trips 😎 Do know: this summer is going to be rough at first. Mosquitos, ticks, mud, humidity, heat, big ole snakes, Coyotes, bears, etc. . Be advised the beginning will suck. I can't make any promises for comfort in the short term. Preferred applicants: know your way around a farmstead, green house, a variety of veggies, livestock, sustainability, organic gardening, marketing, social media management, farm management, etc
