Learn to create more plants from those growing in your garden.
 Saturday, July 23; 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
 Community Harvest Garden at White Center Cultural Community Center; 9421 18th Ave. SW., Seattle, WA 98106
The ability to propagate plants is a powerful tool for the home gardener. Learn how easy and fun it can be to increase the number of plants in your own garden in this hands-on class. We will cover a variety of propagation methods including layering, plant division and taking cuttings.  We will also discuss seasonal timing, potting up and transplanting into the garden. Class participants will have an opportunity to try their hands at several different methods and will leave with the information needed for success at home.  This class will be held outdoors so dress for the weather and messy garden soil.
COST: $45 or $35 for Seattle Tilth members.  Advance registration and payment are required.
