See our website, its not complete though. havnhill.org. I love connecting new people to this area to projects and people. I also work as a consultant, designer, builder and landscaper. Havn Hill seeks new member(s)
We are delighted to announce that our ecological tiny-home community in Discovery Bay has an available site for someone seeking to park their tiny house or RV in a place rooted in land stewardship, simplicity, and connection. Our 10 acre property is part of a network of people dedicated to ecological living and supporting the vibrant local community. We imagine this opportunity being a wonderful match for an individual or couple who values regenerative agriculture, enjoys contributing to a land-based lifestyle, and is looking for a peaceful yet purposeful place to call home.
The available site includes utility hookups—electricity, water, and greywater—making it easy to settle in comfortably while living lightly on the land. As a working farm, the property experiences the natural ebb and flow of daily activities: seasonal planting and harvests, ongoing improvements to the land, and the presence of farm animals and equipment. While the landscape is alive with movement and growth, there is also ample room for solitude, stunning views, and quiet spaces where you can unwind, reflect, and reconnect with nature. A communal bath house is available for residents and their guests, and includes an ozone hot tub and wood fired sauna.
Our intention is to cultivate a community of people who honor the land, respect one another, and feel inspired by sustainable living. If this resonates with you—or if someone you know may be seeking a place like this—we encourage you to reach out and begin the conversation. We trust that the right person will feel an immediate sense of alignment.
For more details or to express interest, please contact Steve at 408-930-8810 or ptstevebaker@gmail.com. Our growing website is Havnhill.org

Welcome to Havn Hill and Discovery Culture, a serene and sustainable retreat center nestled in the rainshadow of Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. This organic, ecological, permaculture-based retreat center and farm is a sanctuary for individuals looking to reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

We are a tiny house permaculture homestead and community. Recently we have become a retreat center hosting the public. We are blessed to steward an amazing 10 acres with second growth forest and 2 year round streams. We do forestry, orcharding, poultry raising, gardening, superfood production, maple tapping, nursery work, herb growing, and park like landscaping. We host community here in various forms. We are strong entrepreneurs manifesting ways to generate abundance. We are very connected to our incredible regional community and often host events like apple pressing and cider production. Lots of projects are underway and planned for the future. The most recent one came to a conclusion last autumn. It is a stunning eco-conscious community bath house, complete with a wood fired sauna and ozone hot tub. Next up on our agenda is a tropical greenhouse and wood yurt temple and yoga deck.

Nestled within the lush landscapes of Washington State, our organic, ecological retreat center stands as a testament to the harmonious coexistence between nature and human endeavor. Embracing the principles of permaculture, our haven is a sanctuary where sustainability, mindfulness, and ecological stewardship converge to create a unique and rejuvenating experience.

We have a 2 story large tiny house for sale on our property. It is complete with a large cedar deck boasting a great view. It is hooked up to our septic system, electrical, internet, and well water. It was built 1.5 years ago on site using German building science and materials, metal framing, a tiny house chassis, and local woods. 3 large skylights in the ceiling are amazing. The bath room is spacious and boasts a Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful landscaping and bamboo surrounds the building.

The cost of the tiny house is roughly 170k and must be purchased by September 1st from the current owners. We are open to offering a long term lease to the new owners to provide long term viability and stability.

You may see the tiny home here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/876915998123672967?source_impression_id=p3_1693415899_I5rg1Ga8stBtRecG

It grosses 40k a year currently on Airbnb and is available to continue this operation if the new owner so desires.

We also have a second tiny house that may be available to purchase.

We also have a site opening for you to bring in your own home.

In addition I know of 3 properties down the street which may be solf by the owners that are very interesting. One is a historic farm. Please reach out to me if you are interested. I know the owners and could help you immensely on a special opportunity.
