hi lana,

have similar aversion to electro smog, we spent some time on this important issue you raise

can only speak for ireland, im sure its possible to get maps of mast locations in other countries such as http://siteviewer.comreg.ie/#explore, then you can be sure your at least not near a mast,

getting locations with no coverage at all will be more difficult, most will be remote areas, you will see that coverage map for ireland is mostly all blanked out https://n.vodafone.ie/network/coverage.html

otherwise its possible to use a pendulum, i use an electrosmog index 0-100% to assess areas/houses remotely,

even when no electro smog there still may other issues such as geopathic stress and negative entities,

we spent sometime looking for vacation locations with optimal energy, not easy to find,

we never stay in hotels cause wifi, just rental houses with good energy in wild coastal locations, offshore islands are our favourite

overall better to have an energy tool, that boosts your own biofield, you carry everywhere as its difficult to avoid exposure all the time,

im glad you posted that im about to look into gluten intolerance's again for a relative,

im interested to find out if GMO anything tests as tolerant for anyone, would not be surprised if most GMO was intolerant to most people

i read all the posts on that page, one poped out

someone referenced http://thedr.com/ dr tom o'bryan he appears to be a leading authority

also dr tom done  "gluten summit" not worth the 100 dollars i have it ill watch it again and post a summary,

i remember looking into al the gluten celiac debate for a relation and it all pointed to some off the same factors discussed above

i tested a relation for all grains and oats tested best recommended a diet with some oat groats soaked and fermented in dulse spring water cooked in pressure cooker tested optimal, DE weak soln every 3 days for reducing any proinflammatory cytokines and DE mouth rinse, aloe vera interally every few days to help leaky gut and tooth/gum health and overall regenerative tonic, microbiome optimisation, he is quite old and he has a carer who doesnt bother so he is slow to improve

intersting is that he is one of the last old style self sufficient irish gaelic smallholders, remembers drawing blood from cows when times were tough, has a lot of old land lore, grew and eat a lot of oats main grain in the wet cold west ireland, he was told to stop eatin oats as celiac and eats all that random gluten free stuff which ive always had reservations about, most of the gluten free products were not good for him and advised him which ones best

that why self testing by muscle or pendulum so important

also more relevant to OP is that Celiac Disease is correlated with  google "Celiac Dental Enamel"

Celiac Disease: Oral and Dental Manifestations

https://www.nsdental.org/Portals/0/Images/celiac%20disease-dental%20and%20oral%20manifestations.pdf

no wonder is always been obvious that healthy teeth = healthy all round

so if we figure out easy cheap biohacks fo regenerating enamel, curing abcesses, healthy gums then it a good indicator that pathogen biofilms that can originate in cavities, leaky gut, diet and environmental intolerance's are minimised, and microbiome and overall health optimised

just gad a quick skim over the latest assessment of the current planetary crisis and solution, know nothing about the funding behind it but in a nutshell good at addressing problems but bit lightweight on solutions especially of permies variety

Mainstreaming Agrobiodiversity in Sustainable Food Systems

A new book which summarizes the most recent evidence on how to use agrobiodiversity to provide nutritious foods through harnessing natural processes.

this is just a quick 20 min review ive done expect errors and omissions, it just to stimulate debate

it makes depressing reading about the current state of affairs

"The extinction rate for
biodiversity has reached 1,000 times that suggested
by the fossil records before humans

The globalization and homogenization of diets and
farming systems are the greatest threats to agricultural
biodiversity (2, 3). From the pool of 40 animal species
and at least 5,538 plant species documented as human
food (4), only 12 crops and five animal species now
provide 75% of the world’s food (5).

Two billion people are overweight or obese,
while two billion people lack essential vitamins and
minerals needed for adequate nutrition. Malnutrition
in children, which is in part linked to insufficient diets,
is the underlying cause of half of all deaths among
under-fives

Agriculture dominates global land use. Over 38% of
the world’s land is used for agriculture, with 11% under
arable production (1). With the human population
projected to reach up to 9 billion by 2050, there are
increasing pressures to produce greater quantities of
food

The global population will grow from 7.4 billion now
to about 9.3 billion people by 2050 (5). About a billion
more people will live in Africa (6). The global middle
class is expected to more than double in size to almost 5
billion by 2030, and two out of three people will live in
a city (5

Agriculture covers up to 38% of the Earth’s
surface (5) but 33% of the world’s farmland is degraded
(7). Agriculture accounts for 70% of all freshwater
withdrawn (5, 7), and drives 80% of deforestation
worldwide (7

The global food
production system contributes around 24% of global
greenhouse gas emissions (22, 23) and is the single
largest user of fresh water on the planet (24). In addition,
62% of globally threatened species are negatively
affected by agriculture (25). About 40% of the world’s
rural population lives in areas that are water scarce (7),
yet demand for water is expected to rise by a further
40% by 2030.

Meat-rich diets drive depletion of natural resources
through forest clearing for pastures and increasing
methane emissions (7, 26).
"

they talk a lot about their interpretation of "sustainable" solutions though not much real  sustainable practices of the permies variety

they invented a new buzz world "‘Agroecological intensification"

"Ecological approaches to
agriculture are our best bet for reining in this boundary
(20). ‘Agroecological’ intensification is a means by which
farmers can simultaneously increase yields and reduce
negative environmental impacts, through the use of
biodiversity-based approaches and the production and
mobilization of ecosystem services

Agroecological
intensifcation encompasses diverse farming systems, all
of which use the integration of ecological principles and
biodiversity management to increase farm productivity,
reduce dependency on external inputs, and sustain or
enhance ecosystem services. Common practices based
on agricultural biodiversity include intercropping, crop
rotation, riparian buffers, non-cropped vegetation and
diversified intensification (Box 3.1). Other management
practices, such as conservation or no-tillage agriculture,
are also common (21)"

another major factor in current planetary crisis they dont really discuss is sustainable human populations within the carrying capacity of the earth, can anyone guess what such a population might be, how could such a population be reached within current moral religious political etc constraints, we all know it will never happen, the establishment wants its breeding stock at full capacity, and sex wont go out of fashion anytime soon, apologies to sound a bit Malthusian, but maybe its time to have such a conversation, what does permies community think ?

i know lymes discussion doesnr seem relevant to thread topic but could easily be "if you can beat lymes naturally maybe you can cure most things"

your storey sounds a lot like mine

yes activity is sometimes hard but good, sometimes ive been almost immobile for days, then it takes me a while to self medicate, get moving again then i feel like im almost cured then it strikes again

just recently apart from my usual symptoms, ive almost lost power in my left hand, ive had pulsating pains in my right brain with pressure building, was quite scary

i just did a negative green discharge in the shower went for sauna steam took some DE and it seems to be getting better

sometimes i wonder what id be like if i hadnt all my therapys

thanks for the tips im gonna look into that teasel tea

best of luck with struggle with lymes

i have an idea of an new treatment ill let you know if it works

joshua

thanks for the changa tips, im definitely gonna try it

i read that pdf, poor cats, dont like any animal studies, but they sometimes yield important info

interesting that the cooked meat feed cats took 4 generations to recover, think i mentioned generational lag above

sungazing i found to be really regenerative but it took me a few years figure out a way to do it safely and effectively

there are 2 energy centres that can be charged in the morn, pubic - orange and hara (just my name) - yellow, the hara is the battery energy store, the pubic good for charging kidneys, charge up the third eye a while before dusk

use self testing to see when sun angle/colour is corresponding to the energy centre you are charging

i only gaze for few mins until i test optimised with pendulum, sometimes use mosquito hoods as a filter to break up the prism, but eyelashes are good also

when you look at the sun imagine the rays spiralling in anti clockwise straight to the energy centre you are charging

sun through clouds not good idea

also important to cover eyes or go somewhere dark so you can see the after image  of the sun, meditate on this as it changes through colours, that is a science in itself google phosphenism

yes bare footed and earthed works better, but you can also optimise it by grounding on an energy line/vortex

hi leila

never heard of Spilanthes, interesting plant

test good for abcesses , ill try it next time have an abcess flare up thanks

im looking for any herbs with anti-biofilm action, an all rounder would be nice

http://goodbyelyme.com/free_articles/biofilm/nitric_oxide_herbs

https://thescienceofnutrition.me/2015/03/13/natural-anti-biofilm-agents/

https://selfhacked.com/blog/44-science-backed-ways-to-inhibit-biofilms-naturally-with-references/

they make an important point

if you have a bacterial infection that persists despite antibiotic therapy and you have a high level of proinflammatory cytokines, then you either have a biofilm or a nonbacterial infection

search "autoimmune proinflammatory cytokines microbiome fermented foods"

that why important to optimise micobiome, avoid intolerance's especially grains, if you have to use grains like me mostly oats brown lentils and chickpeas soak ferment grains couple days before use, ferment breaks down undesirable things like cytokines also discard water use a stainless steel pressure cooker for everything as pressure kills off proinflammatory cytokines they more common than we think

root of most modern chronic disease including dental probs seems to be connected with, too many modern grains varieties especially wheat, too much non animal fats, lack of DHA, lack of ferments, lack of sunight and melatonin/hormonal imbalances, trace elements deficiency in soils, reduced microbiome, way too much processed SCATS sugar caffine alcohol tobacco salt, reduced energetic functioning/electro smog, disconnection from nature and sustainable indigenous cultures  etc

some think theres a generational lag so current/past issues not manifest yet

thanks for justin rhodes videos links

i done same with my half acre, had 25 20x5 foot beds and covered the lot in woodchips and mixed with composted horse manure some seaweed chicken manure, i knew that id get loads of weed seeds even tho the manure was old and nitrogen deficiency from the extra bacteria activity, but a it worked out OK,

the woodchips were a good mulch and the manure compensated a bit for the nitrogen shortage, had very heavy fen peat bog but that was 10 years ago  now very productive, im just not well enough to get it work done cause lymes, but justin is an inspiration thanks

if i had time and labour i woud probably use the steel drum method to make biochar and soak it in compost tea and use that instead of wood chips maybe only good for a small patch but i might experiment if i get better

sorry for the off topic

meant to say i had a post written for you about DE and pathogen polarity and ferments but lost the text might re-write tommorrow

hi stacy
glad you enjoy discussion
sorry hear your mrsa prob
unfortunately the medical establishment are slow to recognise biofilm significance in chronic disease
biofims cant grow in vitro so its never been researched acknowledged by most microbioligists
may be significant for mrsa
theres plenty linkages established nose/throat/gastrointestinal problems like you have and biofilms

there is good film about biofilms, think i have a copy of it somewhere
www.whyamistillsick.com

might be worthwhile looking into possibility any auto-immune disorder microbiome imbalance connection with nose/throat/gastrointestinal problems
check these out as an intro, might get something out of them, ive loads more

http://microbiomemedicinesummit.com2.s3.amazonaws.com/lowresvideo/Terry_Wahls.mp4
its a while since a watched them, ill try dig some more out

be careful with DE many of us are still experimenting with it
i just done a remote test on a friend with sinustitis and i think you might be better just drinking about a teaspoon in 200ml every 3 days
and avoiding a neti nasal rinse

thats a very interesting post ranson

glad you seem to have got to grips with your health issues

sounds like weve a similar story to tell i was close, to being completely debilitated with lymes and thats what started me on this path to self healing

i remember watching a sally falon lecture from weston price and she showed pictures of people from west scotland in hebrides and one brother went to mainland and another stayed with traditional diets and you could see the obvious difference in their faces especially the teeth

i then went on a mission to sort my teeth as i knew then they were a strong indicator of health

the lymes attacks kidney energy or kidney yang and they play a big role in bone formation and my teeth were breaking,

another big help was the realisation that energetic environmental effects of locations and indeed the food itself and personal energetic status is often overlooked

you can be eating all the good foods you can get but your body may not be optimised energetically to process it

i now use several self tested indexes of my energetic health, one good one is electron spin, the faster your electrons spin the more healthy both physically and indeed spiritually

another one related to electron is was mitochondria health, its possible to charge up your mitochondria to process the energy more efficiently

if you charge up your electron spin status and your mitochondria health i believe ageing can be reversed

theres another talk from weston price ill get it later where someone talks about hormone impacts on the and i think thats another underestimated one, ill try and dig that out for you

we need to be able to self test and optimise every system in the body and for this i found a pendulum very handy tho some think its bonkers

glad you can grow 50-90% of your veggies, im sure well talk about that common interest in another thread, i use the pendulum to assess soil nutrients requirements for each plant and indeed talk to the plant about its requirements

yes i agree although im mostly veggie, i feel that i need an occasional bit of animal protein

glad you found a sympathetic doctor there not easy to find

have you tried muscle testing for your b12 problem try find a good kiniesologist

ill listen to that podcast later tonight thanks

g'luck with all your healing
