I have a sunny spot near a black walnut tree and am wondering what juglone-resistant edible(s) I can grow there here in zone 10b? I know that stone fruits, like peaches, plums, and mangoes, might do well. Any ideas?
Thank you everyone for your recommendation! I'm still learning Zone 10, so much appreciated. I'm leaning towards the chocolate vine, passionfruit, and maybe some kiwi at this point.
Interesting post. I've been thinking about starting a food co-op in my hometown recently, but don't know where to start. Should be an interesting read.
