The skip book is available with a 50% affiliate fee. If you scroll to the bottom of any page, there is a link that says "affiliate program". All of my stuff is available with a 50% affiliate fee.

I don't know of any land transfers but it's quite possible that if one happened, the people involved may not want to make it public or tell me. I know some PEPpers have been contacted by Otises.
