I buy Dewalt but not from Menards. Menards = cheaply made products. You'd be better off with harbor freight.

Cinnamon Queens are a highly superior breed for my Wisconsin climate. They are genuinely nice birds, and they are hearty healthy chickens. Good layers too. They are my favorite chickens. Rhode island reds are mean to each other and not as good in the cold. Feisty little things.

Soapmaker here. I have dabbled in the selling of my soap. Not a big profit in it however. You need to charge quite a bit for one bar if you want to make a profit. Therefore, I primarily make it to give as gifts and for our household use as soap, shampoo and laundry soap.

Thank you for sharing your story. It is important to think these matters through and not rush to conclusions. Sorry about the hepatitis in your birds. These birds are such a blessing. I dont like to lose even one.

Hi! We had "Flat Jacks" which was found in any old Country Stars cookbook, this particular recipe submitted by The Statler Bros. It is Pillsbury grand biscuits peeled apart and spread out to cover the bottom of a cake pan. Then brown hamburger and onion and add bbq sauce. Cover biscuits in cake pan. Top with slices of cheddar cheese and bake.

I, took, am on a riverbank. Very sandy. I put in a few raised bed and that worked great. We had success with straw bale planting. Anywhere we planted on ground level, we beefed up that area with compost, sometimes digging a foot down and refilling with compost. I also learned that you can put down cardboard, top with several inches of dirt and compost, and plant in that.

This week we made jambalaya in a presto instant pot. It was awesome. Definitely newsworthy. Highly recommend instant pots and definitely recommend jambalaya.

Fast forward to today... I got to hold a very tiny kitten at work. It was so adorable. There were five little rescues there today. Mama got run over yesterday, sadly, and now the kittens are being bottle-fed by a foster caregiver.
