I have made mead for years now and would like to try to distill it, I just ordered a keg still from these guys.

My favorite mead is the dragons blood I love the cherry mixed with honey, and I always stop the ferment with potassium sorbate to keep it good and sweet. I find the buzz from it is pretty awesome too, I just hope I do not ruin a big batch by distilling it. Wish me luck I will let you guys know how it turns out.
