This cake looks amazing! I’ve been on a bit of a lemon kick lately, and the idea of mixing that zesty flavour with polenta and creamy mascarpone just sounds perfect. I actually tried making a polenta cake once and it came out a bit dry… but the syrup in this recipe looks like it would keep it beautifully moist.
