I have been searching the internet trying to figure out if one can legally dehydrate vegetables and fruits with a
solar dehydrator and use it for commercial products. I have yet to found an answers, so I figured to come check here.
I am going to be county my
local health department to see if they can help me find that
answer. Questions like these often confuse people who work in these departments, so this
should be a fun research
project. I will post any information that I find about federal and/or Florida laws in regards to
solar dehydrating food safety laws.
In the mean time, does anyone have any leads for me?
EDIT: I may be finding lots of info now, I will post findings shortly..
