Not a lot of people know this but archaeologists have found prehistoric sites that show evidence of Rocket Stoves in use.

Great pic... but that fire will smoke into the cave and not the tunnel. It needs moved

That's a design question I have. Since the exhaust going through the thermal mass will be getting cooler, shouldn't there be a slight drop as the pipe goes along?

Of course the feed tube would be better angled, and the cob on the exit tunnel needs thinned down if your going to feel the warmth.

umm no the feed tube is fine and if you have to cook three squares a day the mass is fine. heat up the cave a treat and keep it warm for long term.
