Looking for roomate(s)/homesteadmate(s) on Southern California house/land

I'm looking for a roommate(s) to share living expenses and farm work in Southern California (in the hills above Temecula). If you've always wanted to homestead but didn't have the land, this may be your answer. I have almost 3 acres of flat land, but not enough time to start or properly farm it all by myself, so I need a partner(s)! This offer is open to male or females or a couple. House is cozy but quaint and in decent shape. You'll have the whole downstairs of the house to yourself (2 bedrooms plus shared living areas) and you'd pay $300/mo and the remainder of the rent in helping develop the land, plus part of the utilities (trying to make sure both parties have some skin in the game). Internet is fiber optic and really fast, water is well, heat is propane, septic, etc. Must like airplanes as house is also on a private airstrip and lake. Good hiking and climbing nearby, all the big box stores and Tractor Supply are less than 30 minutes down the hill. As for me, I'm a young single guy, conservative, Christian, love God, the land, our country, adventuring, etc.
