Hey Permies!

I MIGHT, maybe, possibly could be getting access to 40 acres of land in Puerto Rico.

Issues. It used to be a tobacco farm. The farm has been abandoned for over 50 years. There used to be a house on the land and everything. I want to start a discussion about reconditioning old farm land to become a sustainable permaculture system. Any and all thoughts are welcome.

I have not had the opportunity to visit the land yet and I have no clue as to the conditions of the soils. This is really exciting. I want to get wwoofers to the property if everything falls into place.

I am currently living in Northern Colorado. I have family in Puerto Rico and am very interested in farming opportunities there. I will be visiting PR this November...
