Ayurveda Internet Resources

I've just begun learning about Ayurveda and its herbal remedies and wellness practices. For any Ayurvedic practitioners out there: anyone know of a good website with reliable Ayurvedic herbal remedies? My boyfriend has earwax buildup issues, and periodically sees a doctor to have it removed. I'm wondering if there's something we could do at home to help instead. I've heard of the putting a few drops of oil in the ear to loosen it, would sesame oil work?
